Bea-Marie Aning is the founder of Superwoman Coaching, and her upcoming event the Superwoman Symposium will connect female speakers, authors, and entrepreneurs, with women from all walks of life, to inspire them to reach their fullest potential.
Having accomplished her first stage performance at the age of six, Bea-Marie Aning always knew she wanted to impact people’s lives in a spectacular way. Born in Hamburg, Germany, Aning quickly became known for her ability to immerse herself in the powerful roles she would play, such as that of Ava Fuchs, in the hit TV series Gute Zeiten, schlechte Zeiten.
Yet her latest venture, as the facilitator of The Superwoman Symposium, has allowed Aning to embark on her greatest role yet – an inspiration to women across the world who she helps to uncover their purpose and create a life beyond their wildest dreams. Through her mentorship, Aning provides her clients with the tools they need to unleash their inner superwoman, something she always knew in her heart she had the power to do.
“I realized that what I wanted as an actress is really my life’s purpose, and that purpose is to inspire people, make them smile, and help them realize that they have infinite potential,” Aning shares. She is the founder of a transformational coaching company called Moving River and is also a business coach, master energy healing practitioner, and speaker. She founded Superwoman Coaching, a branch of Moving River, in 2016 when she was pregnant for the first time, realized how much mothers go through, and wanted to be a beacon of support for them.
“I felt like nobody was there who could help me or prepare me for motherhood,” Aning shares. “Everybody just says your life will totally change, but nobody tells you that it’s not just your priorities that change, but also the way you view the world, your values, and who you are as a person changes to the core,” she adds.
Aning started by helping mothers transition into motherhood, but since then, her practice has evolved into a resource for women from all walks of life who have come to rely on her for her prowess, dedication, and passion for helping them. Today she coaches entrepreneurs, female leaders, artists, and beyond.
When asked what coaching with her looks like, Aning says that the process looks different for every person she works with. It depends on what stage you are in your life or business and where you’d like to go.
“My concept is based on 4 streams: body, mind, time, and flow. I call it the holistic coaching approach. For example, if you’re just starting out, we figure out first of all, what your personas are. To know your personas by heart and to know when each persona gets triggered, is a really valuable and necessary part in your process of becoming your authentic self, as they also physically settle in the body,” she explains.
“Most of your personas are parts of you that you have adapted from the outside, such as from your parents or your childhood, like a persona that kept you safe. And after we find all of those personas, we strip it down to what came from the outside and what that is feeding inside you. When we figure out what’s inside you, I walk you through the process of identifying what that authentic self really, really wants,” she continues.
Most people start out wanting a family, a house, or a really good-paying job, but when you look at what is underneath that, Aning explains that it’s actually the feeling that you get from those things. Most people say they want to be financially abundant. But what is that feeling underneath that? Most of the time it’s freedom, or it’s stability. And why do you want stability? Because maybe when you were growing up there was none.
Digging deep and understanding where your beliefs come from can help you unlock your higher purpose, which is a huge part of what it means to be a superwoman. Being a superwoman doesn’t mean that you have it all figured out, or that your life is perfect. It’s about beginning to see yourself for who you really are and finding your true identity.
“When you realize your potential and what your dreams are, everything leads back to your true authentic self, and when recognized that is when you step into your superwoman persona and finally put on your cape,” she concludes.
On November 25-27, 2022 Aning will be hosting The Superwoman Symposium, a three-day conference designed to help women from all walks of life connect with their body, mind, and flow. Each day will consist of learning from high-value speakers, authors, and entrepreneurs who are passionate about inspiring you to reach your fullest potential.
