Catherine Hamilton shows her clients how to amplify their voice and find their vocation, take action and rise up against the odds.

Are you buried, or are you planted?

This is a question that life coach Catherine Hamilton explores with her clients who feel weighed down by the external pressures of life. She is a public speaker, licensed professional counselor, and certified rehabilitation counselor, who teaches her clients to lean into the positive in any situation, and build a life worth living, regardless of their circumstances.

Hamilton specifically works with women, and empowers them to discover their vocare, meaning their voice and vocation. To date, she has transformed thousands of lives through her unique program tailored to each individual’s needs. She collaborates with her clients to find out what lights them up, and encourages them to invest in themselves and take inspired action to live the life they desire..

“By ascertaining limiting beliefs or blocks resulting from a lack of self-esteem, self-respect, or self-worth, we can address each individual’s primary concerns as well as assist in the determination of individual gifts, strengths, talents and abilities,” Hamilton shares.

Her company, Hamilton Ward LLC, was founded on the principle that each woman holds a divine purpose. The symbol of her company, a tulip, serves as a reminder that beauty and strength can flourish underground and in harsh conditions.

Despite being planted during the darkest months of the year and buried within winter’s cold soil, tulips grow, rise, and thrive, pushing through hardship to experience life and feel the sun against their petals. Hamilton strives to show women the parallel between their strength and that of a tulip. Her work is powerful, and reminds us that we can be in charge of our own destiny. It doesn’t matter what happens to us, but rather, how we handle it.

“Every life will be met with some sadness, sorrow, loss, betrayal, or trauma,” she says. “Even I’ve felt buried multiple times in my life. I’ve walked through Hell, and I used to feel ashamed to admit I’d even taken the trip. Now, I’m proud to say that I’ve learned how to walk through it like I own the place and those demons and gargoyles know to get out of my way,” she says.

Hamilton has emerged transformed, and can teach you how to do the same. One day, you may get that unexpected news, or that devastating call; perhaps you already have, and it’s important for you to be prepared. Because although things may seem grim at the moment, you are the light. At the end of the tunnel, there is a beacon of love, faith, and protection waiting for you.

No matter the challenges that come your way, they can all be overcome with the right mentality, tools, and of course, guidance. That self-discovery can be liberating, especially after experiencing a significant loss.

Hamilton’s goal for the women she coaches is for them to learn that they are worthy, and that they do have a purpose. She wants to help each woman be inspired to discover who they are, and understand that their relationship to self can be foundational to the success of others, whether it be their partner, children, or friends.

Many times during life, the pressure of the world weighs us down. No matter how hard we try to find our way out of it, we feel buried under stress, anxiety, and overthinking. But what if you decided today that you weren’t buried, but planted? Like a tulip, you have the power to grow, rise, and experience a beautiful, bright future regardless of your circumstances.

“Believe me when I say that I made my life harder because I spent so much time arguing with God about my temporary fate,” Hamilton shares. “I learned a lot along the way and if sharing the things I’d like to erase most from my personal resume will help you avoid making the same mistakes, you can count on me to do it,” she adds.

Hamilton is a dedicated counselor and personal coach who is impacting the lives of women all over America. She gives her clients the tools they need to discover their worth, take action, and rise up.

So remember, you are not buried, but planted. You can and will rise out of whatever challenge you are currently experiencing. To learn more about how Catherine Hamilton can help you do so, be sure to connect with her on Instagram. “I’m all in,” Hamilton says. “The question is, are you?”
