While stars like Alix Earle and The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ Jen Affleck and Whitney Leavitt have already been confirmed to compete this season, there’s also chatter surrounding which pros will return. In a twist of events, the latest DWTS casting rumor is seemingly tied to Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour.
Yep, you read that correctly. Fans are convinced that one of Taylor’s dancers, Jan Ravnik, is joining this season’s cast as a pro dancer after he posted a video performing choreography to Kelly Clarkson’s cover of “Happier Than Ever” with one of the show’s main dancers, Jenna Johnson.
“So excited for DWTS! Everyone will finally learn to pronounce your name correctly too lol,” one fan commented, further fueling rumors.
This all started circulating after Gleb Savchenko revealed he would not be returning to the beloved reality show. Several fans are theorizing that Jan is stepping in as Gleb’s replacement while Taylor gears up for her The Life of a Showgirl era.
Casting details for the upcoming season of the reality competition series have been kept on the hush-hush, but fans seem to be eager about Jan’s potential involvement on the show.
