While the royal family always seems embroiled in some drama, there is some good news this week. On Wednesday, Aug. 6, the Charity Commission for England announced that it found no evidence of bullying or harassment at the nonprofit Sentebale. However, co-founder Prince Harry’s future with Sentebale still remains unclear.

“Unsurprisingly, the Commission makes no findings of wrongdoing in relation to Sentebale’s Co-Founder and former Patron, Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex,” a spokesperson said in a statement, as reported by People. The statement continued, saying that the investigation fell short, and noting, “The consequences of the current Chair’s actions will not be borne by her—but by the children who rely on Sentebale’s support.”

The charity means a lot to Harry, who co-founded it alongside Prince Seeiso of Lesotho in honor of their mothers, Princess Diana and Queen Mamohato Bereng Seeiso. That’s why it was especially shocking when, earlier this year Harry exited Sentebale following issues with the chair of the Sentebale board, Dr. Sophie Chandauka.

At the time, Harry and Prince Seeiso released a joint statement, saying that they had decided to step down from the charity in solidarity with a handful of trustees who had lost confidence in Dr. Chandauka.

“It is devastating that the relationship between the charity’s trustees and the chair of the board broke down beyond repair, creating an untenable situation,” read the statement, in part.

Dr. Chandauka accused trustees on the board of “abuse of power, bullying, sexism, and racism,” prompting the investigation. She also reportedly accused Harry of holding a grudge against her after she refused to defend Meghan Markle in the press. (Prince Harry has not commented on the reports.) She remains the chair of the organization, and it seems that even with the investigation closed, there isn’t much hope for reconciliation.

Despite all of this, a source told People that Harry is “dedicated to supporting the children of Lesotho and Botswana” and is keeping his options open as to next steps.
