Ever since Taylor Swift released The Tortured Poets Department, Travis Kelce has kept quiet about the new album and the two songs on the record believed to be about him: “The Alchemy” and “So High School.” (Fan theorize a third, “The Albatross,” is about their relationship, too.) However, a source who knows Travis spoke to Entertainment Tonight today, revealing what the football star thinks about being the subject of a few tracks.
He is thrilled to be her muse, the source said: “Travis is so supportive of the entire album and loves that he is a part of Taylor’s story. He is a Swiftie through and through, and is very proud of her.”
The source also addressed why Taylor wrote about her exes Joe Alwyn and Matty Healy, along with Kim Kardashian, in her latest work.
“Expressing herself through her music has always been therapeutic for Taylor,” they said. “It gives an outlet to move forward, feel empowered, and turn her experiences into art.”
