Taylor Swift has regularly worn tributes to her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, while attending his football games, from her diamond TNT tennis bracelet at the AFC Championship to a matching varsity jacket at his New Year’s Eve game. But at the Super Bowl, Taylor took it to the next level, including several little Easter eggs for Travis in her outfit.
Taylor wore a diamond “87” pendant by Stephanie Gottlieb with a diamond tennis choker by the jeweler. 87, of course, is Travis’s jersey number. Taylor paired that with a Dion Lee crochet corset top, Area jeans, and a WEAR by Erin Andrews Kansas City Chiefs varsity jacket. She also wore a Retrouvai ruby ring to pay tribute to Travis’s Chiefs team colors.
In photos of her arriving, she also carried a Judith Leiber football clutch with Travis’s jersey number on it.
Taylor made quite the journey to get to Travis’s game, arriving in Las Vegas (after a stop in Los Angeles) from Tokyo, where she was on her Eras tour. The singer did her final concert in Japan on February 10 before immediately hopping on her plane to get to the Super Bowl today. Thanks to the time difference, Taylor could get back to the U.S. with plenty of time before kickoff. Taylor performed from February 7 to February 10 in Japan and will resume her tour on February 16 in Melbourne, Australia.
Taylor spoke to Time in December about how happy she is to support her boyfriend of six months. She contrasted that to her previous, more private relationships: “When you say a relationship is public, that means I’m going to see him do what he loves, we’re showing up for each other, other people are there, and we don’t care,” she said. “The opposite of that is you have to go to an extreme amount of effort to make sure no one knows that you’re seeing someone. And we’re just proud of each other.”
She made it clear she wasn’t seeking attention for herself by going to his games. “I’m just there to support Travis,” she said. “I have no awareness of if I’m being shown too much and pissing off a few dads, Brads, and Chads.”
