At this point, Taylor Swift has attended two Chiefs games in a row to support Travis Kelce, man who she very clearly seems to be dating, and naturally there is one question that we need answered immediately:

WILL TAYLOR SWIFT BE AT THE SUPER BOWL.

From where I’m sitting, yes. It could happen. If a very specific order of events occur. First of all:

The Chiefs need to make it to the Super Bowl. Which various football-watching members of my family say is likely considering they’re playing well, Travis Kelce is “perhaps the best tight end in history” (literally just reading things from a group chat), and the fact that they won the Super Bowl last year.

So for the purposes of this article, let’s assume the Chiefs do make it. Is Taylor free? Yes and no. The Super Bowl is on Sunday, February 11. Taylor Swift is playing a show in Tokyo on Saturday, February 10 before taking about a week-long break from her grueling tour schedule:

Obviously, getting from Tokyo to Las Vegas takes a long time—with flights anywhere from 14-16 hours or more (depending on layover length). BUT there’s a time change working in Taylor’s favor. Stay with me here.

Taylor’s shows typically wrap up around 11:45 pm. But Tokyo is 16 hours ahead of Las Vegas, which means Taylor’s Saturday night show in Tokyo will end on Saturday morning in Vegas (likely around 7:45 am). The Super Bowl isn’t until Sunday, so this means that—depending on departure time and how many stops her private plane makes—Taylor does, in fact, have plenty of time to get to Las Vegas for the Super Bowl—assuming the Chiefs make it and she and Travis are still dating.

WE REST! OUR CASE!
