Remember those reports floating around DeuxMoi that Kim Kardashian was spending time with Odell Beckham Jr.? Well TMZ and People are out here reporting that the pair are “hanging out” thanks to having friends in common.

Before anyone jumps to conclusions, TMZ says sources tell them “OBJ is strictly a friend.” Meanwhile, Kim’s not “seriously dating anyone,” but she’s “absolutely open to finding love again” with the right person.

Again, these reports come after a DeuxMoi tipster said that in May “Kim Kardashian and Odell Beckham Jr. [were at the] Ritz Carlton together.”

People reports that OBJ has split up with his longtime girlfriend Lauren Wood, who he shares a son with. Meanwhile, Kim was last linked to Pete Davidson—who she started dating after hosting SNL. Despite a good run, a source told E! News that they ultimately decided to just be friends due to distance putting a strain on the relationship, and that they still have “a lot of love and respect for each other.”

Meanwhile, Kim recently teased a new man dubbed “Fred” on The Kardashians. “You obviously learn from every situation, and the one thing I learned from the last situation was the media made me feel like I was in a very serious relationship so quickly,” she said via People. “I just want to sneak around a little bit. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to sneak!”
