Remember last Tuesday, December 13? Me neither, but it was Taylor Swift’s birthday and she celebrated by having an evening out with friends while wearing a bejewled dress of the night sky, paired with a GIANT sparkly ring on her finger. (To be clear: not that finger.)

The pear-shaped ring looks to be something diamond-adjacent, and it was featured prominently in Taylor’s round-up of photos from the evening:

More importantly, Tay was seen seemingly showing off the ring Miles and Keleigh Teller, which definitely implies it’s new. Pics this way:

Obviously, there’s been a lot of speculation about who gave Taylor this ring, and names on the list include Travis Kelce, Travis Kelce, and, ah yes, Travis Kelce. And it looks like Keleigh may have subtly confirmed everyone’s suspicions, because—according to Us Weekly—she went ahead and “liked” the below TikTok of a fan speculating about the ring.

In the video, TikToker @swiftieinkc theorizes that Taylor’s ring is an opal surrounded by blue topaz—i.e. Travis’ birth stone (opal) surrounded by Taylor’s birth stone (blue topaz).

Meanwhile, comments on the post speculate that the ring could also be sapphire and moonstone—a reference to the “Bejeweled” lyrics “Sapphire tears on my face / Sadness became my whole sky / But some guy said my aura’s moonstone / Just ’cause he was high.”

The mention of AURA is also noteworthy, since Travis said of Taylor during a WSJ Mag interview,”Obviously I’ve never dated anyone with that kind of aura about them…. I’ve never dealt with it. But at the same time, I’m not running away from any of it….”

Lots to think about, tbh!
