It’s kind of hard to believe that our favorite real estate brokers have already been on our screens for over six seasons, but here we are. And with more brokers joining the Oppenheim Group and tons of neverending drama, it doesn’t look like it’s going to end anytime soon. So is it officially coming back? What can we expect next? And will Heather Rae El Moussa finally have her baby?

Is Selling Sunset coming back for season 7?
Well, if you’ve already seen the season 6 finale and stuck around just a few seconds longer, then you already know that not only is a new season coming, but it’s already been filmed! Selling Sunset was previously renewed for seasons 6 and 7 back in June 2022, so it was pretty easy for them to film back to back. The more you know!

Will season 7 be the last season?
In short: We’re not 100 percent sure yet. Netflix hasn’t made any official announcements saying that this will be the end, but with how much drama is now brewing amongst the O Group, we can’t imagine it not still going for a bit longer.
What will Selling Sunset season 7 be about?
Obviously, there are going to be more beautiful houses to look at and tons more deals that will certainly bring in some major $$$ to the group. But more than that, we can expect some more drama, especially between Chrishell and Nicole. Almost everyone is reaching their breaking point, especially Mary. Plus, Heather might give birth to her son in the new season, but her position on the show might low-key be compromised—at least, according to an interview she did back in March (aka before the most recent season premiered) with Adrienne Bailon and Keltie Knight for E! News (via Daily Mail).
“Season 6 is coming out soon. I don’t think they’ve announced the air date, but soon you guys will find out,” she said before adding that, “season 7 is filming right now, but I’ve been off maternity leave and I’ve been excited to get back to work and so far I have not been called back.”
When Adrienne asked how Heather felt about the sitch, she responded, “it’s been a little frustrating. So [I’m] not sure what’s been going on.” Awk times!
When will Selling Sunset season 7 come out?
Netflix has been having some fun keeping us on our toes, but at least now we can mark our calendars for the ultimate binge. Selling Sunset will return on November 3, giving us some time to plan some iconic outfits for our watch party!
