If Love Island is your idea of romance, and Too Hot To Handle your ideal smut, may we introduce you to FBoy Island. The reality show premiered on HBO Max in 2021 and ran for two seasons before being unceremoniously canceled in December 2022. Just three months later, The CW saved the show from the chopping block and doubled down, promising a third season as well as a new spinoff, FGirl Island. And now it’s back on our screens as we find out which contestants are here for the right reasons and which ones should get the ultimate “F-Bye!”
Here’s everything you need to know about FBoy Island‘s season 3 release schedule.
What is FBOY Island about?
The series, which is hosted by comedian Nikki Glaser, follows three women on an island of misfit boys, tasked with identifying which of their 24 suitors are “fboys” and which are “nice guys.”

In addition to weeding out the players from the “there for the right reasons” competitors, the islanders are working towards a $100,000 cash prize. If a “nice guy” wins, he finds love and splits the prize pot with his new partner. If an “fboy” wins, he takes the entire $100,000 pot and lives to cheat another day.
When Does FBoy Island Return?
FBoy Island returned on Thursday, October 12 at 8 p.m. airing exclusively on The CW with two new episodes, giving us plenty of content to sink our teeth into. New episodes will premiere every Thursday and you’ll need a cable provider to access the episodes live on The CW. Or you can access the network via YouTube TV or Hulu Live.
When does the next episode of FBoy Island season 3 drop?
New episodes are released every Thursday night at 8 PM ET / 7 PM CT and run for about an hour making it the perfect nighttime watch. Alternatively, you can watch the episodes the next day on The CW website.

Who is participating this year?
Nikki Glaser will return as the host of FBoy Island season three, and she’s not the only familiar face you’ll see. Former Bachelorette Katie Thurston will be joining the race this season. You’ll remember Katie from Matt James’ season of The Bachelor, after which she went on to lead her own season of The Bachelorette, leaving the show engaged to Blake Moynes. Their relationship ended a few months after filming wrapped, and she has since found herself single again and ready to mingle, this time with a potential six-figure paycheck at the end.
Do I Need To Watch Seasons 1 and 2?
The first two seasons are not required reading, but if you want to familiarize yourself with the rules of the show, then give the seasons a stream. Season two featured a few callbacks to season one, including a returning cast member, so there’s a chance we see this occur again in the series’ new season. If you’re interested in studying up, seasons one and two of FBoy Island are available to stream on The CW.
