Cons
- They might lose a bit of color in the wash, according to a reviewer
Oh, hello! A classy yet understated embroidered detail, that is what we like to see! This cotton sateen set has its fabric treated during production to keep wrinkles at bay, this way, you can fully appreciate the deep, rich solid colors without any added distractions.
Rave review: “One of the best purchases ever! Idk what kind of sorcery this is but these are COMFORTABLE! They are thick and soft. My husband and I have slept on the set for a week now and we’ve been getting the best sleep of our lives. He’s actually been sleeping all through the night which is unheard of. … My bed feels like a nice sturdy hotel bed now. Will buy more!!”

Brooklinen Classic Core Sheet Set
Cons
- Some reviews complain that they’re too thin
Crisp, percale bedding and sweaty sleepers go together like peanut butter and jelly. Like Mary Kate and Ashley. Like a hot summer day and a shirt with no sleeves. If the thousands of five-star reviews are any indicator, I’d say this set is definitely a worthy option.
Rave review: “I got a set of sheets for my daughter for her dorm room bed for her senior year. A special set of sheets to greet her each night. We took them out of the package, laundered them, and they did not get super wrinkled which is what we are used to with high thread count cotton. Light, bright, and lovely soft feel. She loves them.”

Color Sense Wrinkle-Resistant Sheet Set
Cons
- The sheets aren’t reversible since they’re only colored on one side
With a super reasonable price point and a v high thread count, this set is the very definition of ballin’ on a budget. For those of you who’ve endured the Finicky Fitted Sheet Struggle, have you ever heard of “True Grip fit technology”? No? It’s an elastic grip situation that’ll make sure your sheets stay in place. And this set uses it. How futuristic.
Rave review: “These sheets tolerated pre-washing very well. They feel great on the bed and the bottom sheet is very snug with strong elastic corners.”

Cons
- One reviewer noted that it’s not the most cooling set
That soft, cooling bamboo feeling at the end of the day of a long day is a luxury everybody deserves to participate in. I’m getting drowsy just thinking about it.
Rave review: “I’m so glad I took a chance on these sheets. They are so soft and cozy, but they aren’t hot. When I first opened the package they seemed really thin, so I was worried about pilling and durability, but I’ve used them several times now and they haven’t changed a bit. The extra deep pocket is no exaggeration. I have a thick mattress, a 2″ foam topper, and a thick mattress pad and the fitted sheet went over all of that no problem.”

Cons
- One review notes that they have a slight odor when they’re fresh out of the package. It should be gone after a wash.
I’m a firm believer in showing off a little skin, unless you’re a mattress. To them, I say cover up and have some modesty! The deep-fitted sheets in this set are perfect for covering up mattresses of all sizes, to avoid the frustrating peek-a-boo moments a sheet that’s too small would provide.
Rave review: “Washes well and wrinkles come out easily. Really appreciate the corner construction. It fits any size mattress and holds firmly preventing slipping.”

- A couple a reviews mention that the fabric is on the thinner side
As fun as adjusting your AC in the middle of the night is, there’s an alternative (and I joke, because that very act makes me question my sanity): temperature-regulating sheets. Take this set, which will quite literally match your energy all night long. And temperature-regulating sheets that won’t be wrinkly and irritating? Yet another blessing.
Rave review: “I have purchased 2 sets of bamboo sheets and will buy more in the future. Both my husband and I move around a lot at night and these sheets stay put. I love that they keep me cool at night being that I tend to get very warm at night. So very soft and comfy. In my opinion, the best sheets I have ever slept on.”

Cons
- One reviewer noted that these can feel slippery until they’ve been washed a few times
Some of us are sensitive sleepers—and by that, I don’t mean having deep layered dreams. I’m talking about dust and dander bothering us during our resting hours. This set is perfect for keeping that stuff out of the way.
Rave review: “I’ve been looking for new sheets for sometime now and it seemed that every one I’ve recently purchased gave me a miserable night’s sleep. I had purchased Martha Stewart percale sheets a while back, which were great, but they wrinkle badly. However, I used them, because they fit the bed well and didn’t make me sweat buckets during the night! I never thought I would ever find the perfect sheets, that is, until I found these wonderfully non-wrinkly, well-fitting, and most importantly, comfortably cool. I’ve been sleeping great ever since!”

Sheets and Giggles Eucalyptus Sheets
Cons
- A reviewer notes that the elastic on the fitted sheet could be stronger
Sustainably made sheets should honestly be the norm, but until then, Sheets and Giggles is working ahead of schedule. Their Eucalyptus Lyocell material comes from trees grown on sustainably managed, biodiverse farms. Beyond that, their sets are super soft and static-free. The dream combo.
Rave review: “What’s not to like? Reasonable pricing, quick delivery, sustainable and environmentally friendly company, punny follow up emails and packaging, and man are these sheets SOFT. I have not bought new sheets in about five years and these make me want to buy another set yesterday.”

Cons
- The pillowcases don’t have the fold-over flap inside
In case you weren’t paying attention earlier, I want to re-emphasize that a sateen sheet set is way less likely to wrinkle on you. And if it’s buttery smooth and highly-reviewed like this set, you’re in for some solid sleeping, my friend.
Rave review: “These sheets are absolutely dreamy—they are light as air, yet satiny-smooth. You just sort of slither down into them. I bought white, which somehow enhances their lightness. They are perfect for warm weather use. I’ve washed them, and they retain their wonderful finish and drape, with virtually no wrinkles.”

How do I keep my sheets from wrinkling?
While a 100% wrinkle-free bed is ideal, life does in fact happen. To get as close to perfectly smooth as possible, here are some laundry day methods to employ:
Stick to the low temps
When you’re washing and drying your sheets, the cooler the setting, the better. Cold water and low heat settings will keep wrinkles from really settling into the fabric.
Wash your bedding separately
While it’s convenient to throw extra clothes in the wash with your sheets, this will decrease space in the machine and cause more crinkling. Give bedding its own cycle to shine.
Throw in some dryer balls
Reusable wool dryer balls are the best wrinkle defeater. By adding them to the dryer with your sheets, they’ll reduce the friction between the fabrics, which in turn will also reduce wrinkles and static.
