preview for The Best Looks from the 2019 Cannes Film Festival

Eva Longoria kicked off the 2024 awards season with a dreamy look straight off the runway.

Last night, the multi-hyphenate was among the star attendees at the Palm Springs International Film Festival film awards, where she walked the red carpet in a dreamy white gown from Ashi Studio’s Fall/Winter 2023 couture collection.

The piece was a sheer lace hourglass dress embellished with stringy white fabric all over. The strings created a fuzzy texture, broken up by see-through gaps in the sheer base. The gown was sleeveless and featured a mock neck. Eva wore it simply over a nude bodysuit and paired it with silky white platform heels and large rectangular diamond stud earrings.

The actor and director’s glam—silver eye shadow, a glossy pink lip, and a neat bun—perfectly complemented her glamorous ensemble.

Thursday’s gala marked the Flamin’ Hot director’s first red carpet appearance this year. During the holiday season, however, she showed out in several festive metallic gowns.

For the opening of the Fontainebleau Las Vegas on December 13, Eva wore a slouchy gold minidress paired with a gold envelope clutch. To be honored at Elle’s 2023 Women in Hollywood celebration in Los Angeles on December 5, she glowed in a sleek silver floor-length gown with dainty spaghetti straps. And to attend the Academy Gala on December 3, the Desperate Housewives star wore a striking gold sequin gown. The shimmering, maximalist party dress was courtesy of none other than Dolce & Gabbana.
