Nicki Minaj’s highly anticipated fifth album Pink Friday 2 is officially here, which means it’s time to book a one-way trip to Gag City and watch Mother Minaj on her accompanying world tour. The Queen of Rap’s album was supposed to arrive in November 2023, but she announced that its release was pushed back and reassured Barbz that a tour was in tow.

“I love you guys so much. I am so grateful for the years of support & love you have given me. At times maybe I didn’t even deserve all that you have poured into me. Nonetheless, you. will. love. this. album,” Nicki wrote on Twitter at the time. “I will give tour deets close to that time, but obviously the tour will start around the first quarter of 2024.”

Well, Barbz: The. Time. Has. Come. Nicki announced the dates on December 11, and she’s set to embark on her Pink Friday 2 World Tour in March 2024. She’s kicking things off in Oakland, California, at the top of the month and closing the tour in Berlin, Germany, on June 7. So, grab your pink wigs, spritz on your fave Nicki fragrance (you know you still have the one your mom gifted you for Christmas all those years ago), and sip some Myx Moscato as you prep your Gag City Group Chat™️ to score some seats to a show.

How to successfully snag Nicki Minaj Pink Friday 2 World Tour tickets

As a longtime Barb *and* OG Stan Twitter user, I’m pretty qualified to give you some of the best tips and tricks for snagging tickets to a live show—so let’s get into it.

Update your TicketMaster account and know which seats you want

TL;DR: Add your credit card info, update your email address, and make sure everything looks good on your TicketMaster account before the sale so all you have to do is click “Checkout.” It might also be a good idea to look at your venue’s seating chart early and check which area you want to aim for. 👀

Get online early

Set an alarm for 30 minutes before your pre-sale begins and head to TicketMaster. That way, you can wait in the queue for less time and be one of the first people logged in for the sale. The train to Gag City waits for no one!

Buy 3 tickets *max*

While it’s tempting to spit Nicki’s iconic verses with all your besties, you may want to consider a smaller guest list for the evening. Whether you split up into groups or keep your circle small, it’s best to aim for three tickets max when you’re shopping. The more tickets you try buying, the harder it’ll be to secure your spot. 🥲

Check other ticket retailers

If TicketMaster tried it á la Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour, might I suggest checking out resale tickets from other retailers? Once you’ve made your rounds during TicketMaster’s pre-sales and general sales, head to sites like StubHub and SeatGeek to see what options they have available. Happy hunting, Barbz! 🫡 💖
