Bryan Arenales and Amaya Espinal sat down to discuss their relationship during the Love Island USA season 7 reunion, and yep: Bryan was asked about those cheating rumors.
Quick reminder that a TikToker accused Bryan of cheating on Amaya in a since-deleted video, and the couple promptly shut down the narrative with a video captioned “When everyone thinks you’re over meanwhile this is us.”
Andy Cohen asked Bryan about about the rumors during the reunion, and he explained “They’re tyring to just throw any hate my way. And with the cheating video, the hosting, I got paid to be there, I used to bartend back in the day, I had a lapse in judgment, we’ve talked about it.”
As for what that “lapse of judgement” refers to, Bryan said he meant “Pouring shots around, giving the crowd shots and stuff like that.”
Meanwhile, Amaya said “We definitely spoke about it. I’m also not a woman who would be with someone who doesn’t respect me. So if i’m still with him, it’s because the relationship dynamic is healthy and great.”
FYI, fans noticed that Bryan and Amaya had unfollowed each other the morning of the reunion, but obviously the episode was filmed beforehand, so their current relationship status is still TBD. But, you know…stay tuned!
